And the winner is…

Hundreds of you voted in AIA Honolulu's People's Choice Award.

Published:

Earlier this month, I blogged a note of encouragement to our online readers, letting you know you had a chance to vote online for the Sixth Annual People's Choice Award. I'm thrilled that hundreds of you did so, thank you! The AIA Honolulu Awards were announced at a gala dinner last night. Out of 33 entries, the People's Choice Award went to the Maui Arts & Cultural Center – Yokouchi Family Pavilion & Courtyard, by architect John Hara, FAIA of John Hara Associates Inc.

You can see photos of it the AIA Honolulu website.

Also, see the full list of winners here. Congratulations to John, the Maui Arts & Cultural Center, and all the winners.

HONOLULU Magazine will also feature an insert detailing the winners in our August 2012 issue.
