Key of Life Natural Products in the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center has a natural product—from organic noni juice to agaricus mushroom extract—suited for just about every ailment. Two years ago, it introduced the I-Pebble, a bead that contains 99 percent of pure germanium found in the hot springs of Japan that’s supposed to relieve pain and improve performance. The store sells the popular item as beads, stickers or in necklaces and bracelets.
