Need a tiny tuxedo or the perfect flower-girl dress? Check out the classy, not tacky, fashions at Keiki Formals. “I started the business because I couldn’t find the right dress for my older daughter’s piano recitals,” says owner Meekyung Tom. Children ages 6 months to about 10 can be outfitted in the shop; dresses run $100 to $150. Kamaaina receive a 10-percent discount and special orders are available.
