Your Crazy Night Out

Maybe it’s a bachelorette party or your best friend needs a pick-me-up; in any case, if you actually find yourself club hopping in Waikiki tonight, here’s your agenda:

First stop, the W Honolulu (2885 Kalakaua Ave., 922-1700). Located near Diamond Head, the W feels exclusive, with its stylish, mostly local crowd, socializing with drinks in hand. Dance where you can, and try not to hit anyone.

Head to Zanzabar Nightclub (2255 Kuhio Ave., 924-3939,, a throwback to the ’90s with its Egyptian-inspired interior, flashing lights and go-go dancers. The club mainly spins hip-hop, but visit on Latin Tuesdays for a change of pace. You’ll want to learn salsa after watching.

Finish your night across the street, at Scruples Beach Club (2310 Kuhio Ave., 923-9530). It’s “laid-back and where you go to hang out with friends,” says bartender Junior Go. The staff’s friendly, there’s ample seating and you actually have room to breathe—and dance.
