Waikiki is home to the state’s only Cheesecake Factory. That may have something to do with the long line that usually extends out the door. As you probably already know, however, the food is worth the wait. The menu reads like a book of pizzas, pasta, seafood, steaks and more. Everything is good and you can live off the leftovers for at least two days. Not to mention the divine cheesecake selection. There are more than 30 famous flavors, fresh strawberry and Godiva chocolate being the perennial best sellers. We’re partial to Adam’s peanut butter cup fudge ripple cheesecake with caramel, Butterfingers and Reeses peanut butter cups.
