Get Pop Cultured Barnes & Noble

1. Get Pop-Cultured

Storytime at Barnes & Noble is getting an infusion of some favorite animated characters for the next few weeks. This Saturday, hear tales from the DC book of superheroes, get your face painted, step in the photo booth or play with activity sheets. At 1 p.m. cosplayers will stop in for a visit and photo ops. There are other activities through August, but we’re also keeping our eye on the Frozen Friday party which will include a sing-along and fun with everyone’s favorite snowman, Marvel Day when you could win special Marvel prizes, and ninja activities for small readers on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles day. All ages, Free

  • Superheroes story time - Saturday, July 26. 11 a.m. We’re told things wrap up by noon at the latest.
