Interview with chef Sean Priester

Executive Editor Kathryn Drury Wagner talks with chef Sean Priester about his work at Top of Waikiki at the annual Hale Aina Awards.

NOTE: Sean Priester is no longer at Top of Waikiki. He has gone on to establish his own Soul Patrol lunch wagon producing his award-winning southern style cuisine throughout the Islands. Follow him on Twitter at @pacificsoul for menu specials and location details.
