New Tasting Menu at Azure
The Royal Hawaiian, a Luxury Collection Resort’s Azure Restaurant has announced a new five-course tasting menu. Created by executive chef Jon Matsubara the menu features unique island dishes of locally caught fish prepared with fresh, local ingredients.
The “Taste of Azure” menu is offered nightly from 5:30 to 9 p.m. for $65 per person or $85 per person with three wine pairings.
