3660 On The Rise Features Asparagus

3660 On The Rise hosts its next monthly themed dinner on Thursday, May 27th, starting at 6:30 p.m.

For this month's theme, the restaurant winds down on Asparagus season with a special Asparagus themed menu created by chef/owner Russell Siu.

Here's a look at the five-course menu:

First course

Cream of Asparagus Soup with Crabmeat

Second course

Poached Scallops with Asparagus in Puff Pastry
Truffle Scented White Wine Sauce

Third course

Fire Roasted Breast of Duck with Asparagus Risotto
Red Wine Honey Drizzle

Fourth course

Sautéed Veal Loin with Asparagus & Lobster
Sauce Bearnaise

Fifth course

Chocolate Pudding Cake, Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
 

Another special with these monthly themed dinners, all bottles of wine from the wine list are 40% off or the restaurant will waive the corkage fee if you should decide to bring in your own.

The five-course menu is available $75.
