Mariposa at Neiman Marcus will host a special celebration for Independence Day.
The restaurant offers a spectacular view of the fourth of July Ala Moana fireworks and Chef Marc Anthony Freiberg has created a special 4-course meal to celebrate the holiday.

Starter
Dungeness Crab Cocktail with carrot-ginger sorbet, avocado & fresh grated wasabi

Braised Short Rib Mac-n-Cheese with Hamakua mushrooms, Wisconsin aged cheddar & monkey bread crumbs

Fresh Island Moi with heirloom tomato crust, chive-mashed potatoes, sautéed beet greens, passion fruit brown butter & smoked salmon “bacon”
