New Dishes at Roy's

Roy's Hawaii Kai has a a number of new, delicious items on their menu.

Executive chef Ronnie Nasuti and his crew have created a number of new entree items like the Half Chicken Sous Vide with Chanterelle Mushrooms, Quinoa and Hudson Valley Foie Gras Muscat Sauce (seen above).

Other new items/preparations include:

  • Grilled 12 oz. Veal Rack Chop with sauteed Sumida Farms Watercress and Marsala Demi Glaze
  • Olive Oil Poached Canadian Goose Breast with a Five Spiced Yam Puree and Nalo Honey Horseradish Sauce
  • Maui Cattle Co. New York Steak Preperation served with Vegetable Ratatouille, Polenta Fries & Sun-dried Tomato Demi

While there, take a look out for new dessert items like the Raspberry Mocha Trifle made with Layers of Devils Chocolate Cake with Mocha Pastry Cream and Fresh Raspberries, Strawberry Guava Panna Cotta, Haupia Cannoli and Apple & Banana Lumpia.
