A Truffle Shuffle

On Thursday, January 28th at 6:30 p.m., 3660 On The Rise will host a special dinner called the Truffle Shuffle.

Oregon white and black truffles are treasured for their pungent aromas and flavors. Chef/owner Russell Siu has designed a delicious six course dinner using these prized truffles.

  • Truffled Prawn & Scallop Chawan Mushi
     
  • Pan Seared Truffle Studded Scallop
    Truffle "Explosion, Beurre Noisette
     
  • Sous Vide of New Zealand Salmon
    Fresh Truffle & Basil Nage
     
  • Braised Kurobuta Pork Belly
    Morel Cream Sauce
     
  • Sauteed Veal & Truffled Tagliatelle
    Fresh Truffle Slices
     
  • Grand Marnier Zabaglione
    Fresh Kula Strawberries

The dinner is available for $90.

Guests who order wines from the 3660 wine list receive a 40% discount or corkage fee is waived if bringing your own.
