The Original Roy's Goes Rogue with a special beer pairing dinner on Wednesday, April 28th, starting promptly at 6:30 p.m. The dinner will feature 6 courses paired with 6 Rogue Beers.

First Course - “The Fat Boy”
Chicharones Three Ways - Parmesan & Italian Pepper, Ancho Chile, Smoked Dried Tomato & Cilantro
Paired with Rogue Chipotle Ale

Second Course - “Fish Tail”
Grilled Hawaiian Opelu Escabeche with Mayan Rice, white anchovies and grilled radicchio
Paired with Rogue Dead Guy Ale

Third Course - “Deuce”
Day Boat Scallops and Big Isle Abalone
Sous vide abalone, Kahuku sea asparagus, kukui nut butter and seared sashimi scallops with preserved Meyer lemon truffle oil and foie gras "snow"
Paired with Rogue American Amber Ale

Fourth Course - “Free Rider”
Buffalo-style Veal Sweetbreads with English stilton polenta and sasafrass powder
Paired with Rogue Hazelnut Brown Nectar

Fifth Course - “Knuckle Head”
Pan Roasted Cabra Iberico Bollota Ham, parsnip puree, Fontina, Kauai poha & Acai berry reduction
Paired with Rogue Dry Hopped St. Rogue Red Ale

Sixth Course - “End of the Rogue”
Affogato Espresso, Kula strawberry crogue en bouche kebab with condensed milk ice cream
Paired with Rogue Shakespeare Stout
