When you flip through Surfer magazine and say, “Dang, that’s meeean, who shot that?” The answer will probably be Zak Noyle (pictured). The photography prodigy and local boy first got behind the lens at age 14 and since then has racked up oceans of awards and honors for his swell work. Now, Noyle is giving an up-and-coming photographer a photo op of a lifetime through his Changing the Tides contest. The winner will receive a lineup of amazing prizes including a one-year contract with top surf brands and an all-expenses-paid trip with Noyle and the RVCA surf team. Deadline to apply is at the end of February.
