On the Table

A favorite of locals for his modern-retro furniture and tropical-print home accessories, Oahu graphic designer Kaypee Soh is dishing out another helping of his signature Island style with a covetable tabletop collection of coasters, trays and bowls.

Made of lightweight laminated linen, the pieces play muted hues against vibrant pops of aqua, lilikoi and coral, and showcase striking prints that range from ocean-inspired starfish and sand dollars, to eye-catching chevron and trellis patterns that would make Jonathan Adler jealous. Prices start at $17 for the smallest pinched corner bowl to $148 for the largest serving plate. Tray, tray chic!

Available at Somace by Kaypee Soh, 1115 Young St., 593-8780.
