If you've got a hankering for a glass of sweet tea and smoked barbecue visit Molly's Smokehouse in Wahiawa, which was opened in 2000 by Margaret Molly Walker. The place is traditional, Texas-style dining (think: Southern fried catfish, jambalaya, smoked barbecue brisket, fried okra, yams, collard greens, sour cream and pound cake). Molly's has virtually no competition on the island for Texas-style cuisine. Margaret's daughter Alyia says, "When you come here you're going to feel like you're at home!" Open daily from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
