Modeled after an English mansion, Hy's Steakhouse has a private and intimate setting. Old-school cocktails and steak are the main attractions. "Most steakhouse steaks are done these days in superhot gas broilers, 1,200 degrees or more. Hy's are kiawe-grilled, which gave my ribeye a lovely charbroiled crunch to all the edge," reports HONOLULU. Dinner nightly, Monday through Friday, from 6 to 10, Saturday and Sunday, 5:30 to 10.
