Himalayan offers an inventive infusion of authentic Nepalese and Indian cuisine, from chicken and lamb to seafood and vegetarian creations. HONOLULU's reviewer tried the lamb bhuna, a Northern Indian style of curry, and said, "This is what cooking is for--a chorus of divergent flavors all singing different parts of the same tune."
