You can count on Fatboy's for a quick and tasty meal. The staff commented that the garlic chicken and Fatboy's Bento (two scoops of rice with furikake, spam, mahi, teryaki beef, hot dog and garlic chicken, all for under $8) remain two of its best-selling menu items. It's a nice, local joint for a quick mixed plate or bento. The Waipio location is open daily Monday through Saturday 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
