Located in the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel on the Big Island, the Coast Grille and Oyster Bar features chef Peter Abaracar's nightly changing menu. With experience in many restaurants along the Kohala Coast, Abaracar focuses on Island cuisine, with the moi fish dishes a consistent hit among patrons. Hours of operation change monthly (call for reservations and remember lanai seating--with beautiful ocean views--is limited).
