One of Oahu's most famous restaurants is tucked into an unassuming location. Chef Alan Wong's food is still briliant after 15 years, and service is top-notch. Wong was one of the founders of Hawaii Regional Cuisine and still focuses on farm-fresh ingredients, with items such as a salad using Hamakua Springs Farm tomatoes from the Big Island with li hing mui dressing. HONOLULU Magazine calls Wong's food "both his own and as world-class as anything you might get at Tru (or Jean Georges in New York or Restaurant Gary Danko in California)." Dinner nightly, 5 to 10 p.m..
