Madre Chocolate, a local chocolatier, has been producing chocolate from bean to bar since 2010. In 2013, Madre opened a shop in Chinatown where the staff holds classes and tastings as well as sells its award-winning bars. But there’s something hidden beyond the shop, in its courtyard.
