Honolulu City Hall Celebrates Marriage Equality With Rainbow Lights

City Hall shows support of the Supreme Court ruling legalizing same-sex marriage in all 50 states.

Honolulu Hale normally gets colorful during the holiday season, for Honolulu City Lights, but City Hall got a bonus rainbow makeover in early July, in celebration of the Supreme Court ruling legalizing same-sex marriage in all 50 states. Said Mayor Kirk Caldwell, “We’re lighting up Honolulu Hale in support of our great nation, which got even better with these landmark decisions.”
