Squid Ink Linguine at 12th Ave Grill
This is an exploration of the sea: squid ink in the pasta, crab meat and tako tossed into the tangle, pops of ikura throughout. A white wine sauce anchors the dish. We could do without the capers, which compete with the dish’s brininess, but the roasted tomatoes provide sweet contrast.
