Shoyu pork andagi at Off The Wall

Andagi, the Okinawan doughnut  with a crunchy-fried crust and dense, cakelike interior, turns out to be the perfect package for braised, soft, shoyu pork. Topped with red pickled ginger and a shoyu glaze, these meat-stuffed spheres of joy achieve a harmony of sweet and savory.
