Prosciutto e mascarpone pizza at Bernini

Dollops of mascarpone  and translucent slices of prosciutto practically float on a cracker-crisp, thin pizza crust. While the pizza sounds overly decadent with additional mozzarella and tomato cream sauce, the effect is surprisingly light—the mascarpone melting away on the tongue, leaving just a whisper of richness.
