It’s such a naked plate, one that we keep telling ourselves we’ll just assemble at home. And still, we’re drawn, like bees to honey, to this arrangement of Kauai North Shore honeycomb; California Humboldt Fog cheese, a creamy aged goat cheese that’s gooey around the edges; and crisp slices of green apple.
