A find for fans of sour and crunch. And by “find,” we’re serious: This is heart-of-Kakaako, hole-in-the-wall stuff, amid the friendly booths of a Thai karaoke bar. Think fried rice with ultra-crispy bits, laced with dried chilies and drizzled with lime juice and fish sauce. Wrap in the accompanying fresh romaine, throw in a couple of mint leaves and you’re good. Very good.
