It’s that crust, all buttery and flaky, the big chunks of dark- and white-meat chicken and—get this—no onions or celery, because baker-owner Kathy Masunaga hates them. Carrots and peas are in there, but layered on top, so haters of those can pick them out. In the year and a half since Sweet Revenge hit the streets, Honolulu’s only pot-pie truck has added dozens of sweet and savory creations to its revolving menu, but the chicken pot pie is always there, and it always sells out.
