Blackened ahi nicoise salad at HASR Bistro

Fresh seared ahi, a colorful palette of chunky blanched potatoes, squash, haricots verts and grape tomatoes and a total absence of lettuce (or anything resembling a leaf, for that matter) define this take on the French summer staple. It’s all brought together by a tangy mustard vinaigrette laced with thyme.
