Owner Glenn Koishigawa may not race motorcycles anymore, but he still knows his way around a bike.

For Glenn Koishigawa, this motorcycle and moped parts and repair shop is a way to keep in touch with his first passion. “I’ve always loved motorcycles,” he says. “I started off dirt riding, and did some road racing. Working on bikes is just something I enjoy doing. It’s not anything I’m going to get rich from, but it’s a good way to make a living.”
Koishigawa’s homey little shop has been tucked into the bottom level of a residential building for 25 years, attracting a mix of die-hard gearheads and young moped riders. The bulk of his business these days is two-stroke moped repair, but if it’s got two wheels, Glenn’s Cycle Supply can probably take care of it.

Glenn is a great small business owner in Kaimuki. He actually remembers me most of the time, even though I only stop in a few times a year. Sometimes the spaces between visits have been many years, depending on whether I had a motorcycle. I first went to his shop around '82-83 when I attended UH and motorcycles were my main means of transportation.

I remember buying a motorcycle helmet for my first bike years ago from them. Good customer service, great products at reasonable prices.
Now finding myself working odd hours and constantly busy, it would be helpful if they had a website so i could browse for products & prices.

I wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase a moped or get mine serviced. Glenn takes care of his customers, has a great memory and makes you feel welcome. We had some miscommunication after I purchased my SYM and it was handled with the utmost professionalism and service. He has secured my lifelong loyalty as a result and I plan to bring him as many referrals as I can. Can't go wrong with a SYM from Glenn's Cycle!

Glenn is the best. A super nice, mellow guy with a sly sense of humor and always willing to go the extra mile to help out the customer. And he really knows his stuff! His shop can get busy sometimes but I've always gotten great service. And you can't go wrong with the Sym mopeds that he sells!
