On July 20, Kakaako's Night Market celebrated music, food and a Back to School kids fashion show. It was highlighted with several performances throughout the night by local artists, such as Yoza and Aidan James.

Honolulu's biggest celebration of craft beer welcomed 34 breweries and 15 of Hawaii's restaurants for a Saturday afternoon tasting. Patrons also enjoyed onstage entertainment by the Piranha Brothersm Natural T and the Hop Heads and Saloon Pilots, but the beer sampling was the highlight of the event with more than 60 brews on tap. The event was organized by REAL, a Gastropub at Ward Centers.

The Honolulu Museum of Art fundraiser August Moon featured small plates from restaurants, and wines from more than 20 Hawaii, northern California, Oregon and Australia winemakers. Proceeds from the event supports the museum’s art education programs.
