The Buffet at Hyatt showcases fresh and indigenous ingredients from the Islands that are sustaining to both the environment and the soul. Enjoy a menu of made-to-order poke stations, kālua pig, prime rib, crab legs, ‘ulu hummus and more, inspired by the beautiful pua ‘ilima of O‘ahu and the pure rain water of the Ko‘olaus that will remind you of special gatherings with ‘ohana.
