The dancers of the IONA Contemporary Dance Theatre are usually seen mingling at festive parties, but in May, the ensemble debuts a more serious stage performance—its first evening-length work in six years. Artistic director Cheryl Flaharty says Dominion will explore the relationship between humans and animals, the food industry and the dangers of species extinction.
