Fresh off of giving fashion fans a sneak peek of his debut apparel collection at HONOLULU Fashion Week 2015, local home décor and textile designer Kaypee Soh formally launched his clothing line with a runway show at the historic YWCA Laniākea in downtown. Inspired by the vivid colors of the rainbow, Soh’s Spring 2016 collection showcased a sense of easy glamour via range of poppy, polished styles that included floaty, orchid-print gowns and kaftans, hibiscus-printed chambray dresses and suit jackets and palaka patterns updated in lovely pastel hues.
