After obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Hawaii, I received my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and a Specialty Certifi cate in pediatric dentistry from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

With a long-held desire to follow in the dentistry footsteps of my father, grandfather and uncle, I am happy to now be working side-by-side with both my father, Dr. Clyde Uchida, and twin sister, Dr. Cherie Uchida. Seeing patients maintain good oral healthcare and gain confi dence and self-esteem with healthy smiles have been so rewarding.

With three pediatric dentists, our practice provides specialized patient care six days a week, Monday-Saturday, in our newly constructed office at Kahala Mall and newly renovated office at Pearlridge Office Center. Our family-run practice and fun and compassionate dental team have created a nurturing and caring approach to oral healthcare that soothes the apprehension often experienced by children and adolescents.
