Sommelier Adam LaCagnina and self-proclaimed beer specialist David Power will pair fine wine and craft beer with chef Mark Miura’s stunning four-course dinner. Diners will decide which complements each dish the best.



Seared scallops with truffle gnocchi

U-10 diver sea scallops with Yukon Gold cracked black pepper and truffle gnocchi, skewered with artichoke lemon butter sauce and charred negi.


Lobster claw ravioli

House-made Canadian lobster claw ravioli in a foie gras sauce.


“Hinana” beef Wellington

Filet mignon wrapped in duxelle and puff pastry with demi-glace au gratin potatoes Hari Cot Verts.
