The Traveling Plate, a statewide culinary tour that celebrates and supports the Easterseals legacy in the Hawaiian Islands, kicks off its third year of events this summer. Easterseals Hawai‘i, in partnership with Herringbone Waikīkī and host executive chef Raymond “Ray Ray” Locquiao, has prepared for an evening on the Garden Lanai.
Guests will be able to enjoy items from both the a la carte menu as well as one-of-a-kind creations by Chef Ray Ray including oysters on the half shell, his famous buffalo octopus, chicken sliders, California avocado toast and a bruschetta bar.
