The 56th Annual Hawaii State Farm Fair

Description

The Hawai‘i State Farm Fair is a 56 year-old tradition, where you can learn about Hawai‘i’s agriculture and farming industry in the Department of Agriculture’s “Buy Local, It Matters” Education Pavilion. Fresh produce and plants will be available at the Kamehameha Schools’ Country Market and Plant sale. Keiki can pet live animals including steer, goats, chickens, pigs and more in the 4-H Livestock Tent. As for the adults, there will be entertainment acts, demonstrations, on-stage contests, including watermelon eating, corn husking and chili pepper eating.
