Description

The Smithsonian Asian Pacific American Center will open “ʻAe Kai: A Culture Lab on Convergence” in Honolulu from Friday, July 7 to Sunday, July 9. The event will run from noon to 9 p.m. on July 7 and 8, and noon to 7 p.m. on July 9 at the former Foodland at Ala Moana Center.

Featuring the works of more than 50 artists, scholars and performers, the Culture Lab will host an array of art installations, live performances and interactive maker spaces from artists around the world.
