Salt at Our Kakaʻako Celebrates Hawaiian Culture & St. Patrick’s Day

Date/Time

Mar 16, 2019
05:00 PM until 02:00 AM

Description

Celebrate Hawaiian culture and shop locally, at Salt at Our Kakaʻako’s monthly Pa‘akai Marketplace. The cultural showcase takes place in The Barn at Salt and brings together local artists, crafters and cultural practitioners. Held in collaboration with Paʻi Foundation, this is a free family and pet-friendly event.

On Saturday, celebrate the luck of the Irish, with the return of the Salt Bar Crawl and St. Patrick’s Day Block Party, along with Guinness, the event’s featured brew. Dance along to authentic Irish music from 3 Leaf Clover, starting at 5 p.m.

Enjoy featured drinks from Village Bottle Shop & Tasting Room, Pitch Sports Bar and The Boiling Crab. Butcher & Bird will serve up great food. DJ Romeo Valentine entertains starting at 8 p.m. The Salt Bar Crawl continues until closing times of the bars.

Also, visit each venue with a Salt Bar Crawl Passport and get it stamped. Discover a variety of food, drinks and flavors, while collecting stamps. Completed passports are eligible for a prize raffle. Take a turn at the Salt spin wheel for giveaways.

Parking is available in the Salt at Our Kaka‘ako parking structure, accessible from Keawe Street. Additional parking is also available at The Flats at Puʻunui.
