PhotoCon Hawai‘i, the state’s largest photography convention, will be held at the Neal S. Blaisdell Center September 5-8. The four-day event will feature how-to workshops in night photography, ocean, food, adventure, drones, wedding, fashion, real estate, portraiture, smart phone and how to run a photo business. Attendees will also have the opportunity to sample and shop new products and innovative technologies at the largest photography and camera tradeshow in Hawai‘i.

Tickets to the four-day event are $100, with discounted pricing available for teachers and students.
PhotoCon Hawai‘i will open on September 5 with a free, open to the public photo walk workshop at McKinley High School. Participants should bring their own cameras, and will have the opportunity to get tips and practice photographing models from Bliss Models and Talent. Following the photo walk workshop, PhotoCon Hawai‘i will sponsor a free talk on night photography at McKinley High School Auditorium from 6:30 - 8 p.m.
