This festival is chock full of local goodies, including cooking demonstrations by some Hale Aina Award-winning chefs. And did you know? In order to be truly “Made in Hawaii,” at least 51 percent of a product’s manufacturing, assembly, fabrication or production must have taken place here—it’s the law.
