Local celebrity and TV personality Lanai Tabura will host his first Hawai‘i pop-up dinner. Hawai‘i Plantation Dinner Under the Stars will focus on the migration of immigrants and the foods they introduced between 1852 and 1900. As each course is presented, Tabura will tell the story of how and when the food became so popular in the Hawaiian Islands. The menu for was created by Hyatt Centric Waikīkī Beach executive chef Yoshi Ohata.
