Meet Daniel Anthony, a small farmer who has committed to living off the bounty of the land and a mission to restore kalo as the staple food in Hawaiʻi. Understand how the value of growing, harvesting, preparing and eating kalo relates to understanding the relationships Hawaiians have with each other, our land, our ancestors, and our gods.
