Crimson Apple is proud to announce their Homecoming Pre-Release Concert in Honolulu on Friday, May 24 at Hawaiian Brian’s. The one-night only musical event will be an exclusive preview for Hawai‘i fans in celebration of their new EP, “Somebody,” which will be released nationwide on June 6 of this year. Doors to the event open at 7 p.m.
The talented musicians consist of former Hawai‘i residents and local girls, the Benson sisters, and features Colby Benson (lead vocals and keyboards), Shelby Benson (guitar and vocals), Carthi Benson (bass and vocals) and Faith Benson (drums), respectively. Fan favorites amongst the local music scene, Crimson Apple garnered nominations in 2016 for the prestigious Nā Hōkū Hanohano Award in the Alternative Album of the Year, Most Promising Artist of the Year, and Group of the Year categories for their self-titled album, “Hello.” Since then, the Benson sisters have relocated to Los Angeles to continue growing their promising careers.
Tickets to attend the event are $8 pre-sale. After 10 p.m. at Hawaiian Brian’s, a parent or legal guardian must accompany customers under 18 years of age. For all patrons under the age of 21, no re-entry will be allowed.
