Cocktails for a Cause at Hilton

Apr 22, 2019 to May 27, 2019

This event occurs daily, every 1 day(s).

At Hilton Hotels on Oʻahu, guests can soon support one of Hawaiʻi’s most important environmental causes by sipping a specially-crafted cocktail. On Earth Day (April 22) Hilton will launch Cocktails for a Cause, an island-wide social impact initiative where Hilton bartenders will put their creativity to the test to highlight local ingredients and support the island’s native rainforests in collaboration with the Ko‘olau Mountains Watershed Partnership.

From April 22 through May 27, 2019 five Hilton properties on the island of Oʻahu will each release a specialty cocktail for Cocktails for a Cause. Each drink will highlight an ingredient from Hawaiʻi’s local farms or distilleries, and one dollar from every cocktail sold will directly benefit the mission of KMWP.

KMWP is a Hawaiʻi-based nonprofit that strives to protect the native rainforests on Oʻahu’s Ko‘olau Mountains. These forest ecosystems replenish underground aquifers which serve as the majority source of fresh water for the island, providing Oʻahu with approximately 133 billion gallons of water each year. The alliance works across landowner boundaries to eliminate various threats to this precious source of fresh water using a combination of adaptive management strategies and established conservation practices.

Drinks included in the Cocktails for a Cause menu will be sold at Hilton properties across Oʻahu:
