On Wednesday, August 28 at 6:00 p.m. locals and guests are welcome to experience Mixed Plate: Influences of Living In Hawai‘i at the quarterly chef’s table concept. Featuring Prince Waikīkī’s chef de cusine, Mark Miura, this four-course dinner is a modern interpretation of fresh island cuisine. Dine with us in our Naio Room and experience a special dinner you won’t want to miss.


First Course

Ahi sashimi scrape

Yuzu kaffir lime leaf essence, seared garlic miso mayo



Kagua Blanc

Belgian strong blonde ale, made by a Japanese brewmaster in Belgium from yuzu and sancho pepper.


Second Course

Miso oie gras

Truffle Risotto



Rock Sake

Light floral and sweet citrus on the nose, perfectly balanced body with hints of rock melon and an even finish.


Third Course

Japanese steak

Mentaiko fries, cast iron skillet filet mignon, Japanese steak sauce, eggplant



Kaiun Junmai Ginjo Sake

Fairly prominent nose comprised of more nut-like tones than fruit. Very clean and crisp entry, with a suffusing richness and balance.


Fourth Course

Leche flan Japanese cheesecake

Marinated strawberries



Samuel Smith Organic Strawberry Ale

Organic strawberries, light delicious, incredibly aromatic and just a hint of sweetness
